1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by BePure and LSKD in celebration of LSKD's Takapuna store launch. The giveaway package is designed to support holistic wellness and includes products and services from both sponsors.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand where the promotion is permitted by law.
Employees, representatives, and agents of BePure and LSKD, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The entry period begins on November 30 2024 and ends on January 30 2025. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m.NZT on the closing date.
4. How to Enter

Only one entry per individual is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details
Two (2) winners will each receive a “the ultimate feel good inside & out package” package, which includes:
$500 BePure Voucher: Redeemable toward BePure products, including supplements and wellness essentials.
One-on-One Wellness Consultation with Lisa Walker from BePure: A personalised session with BePure’s wellness expert to create a custom health and wellness plan.
VIP Shopping Session at LSKD: An exclusive in-store shopping experience at LSKD Takapuna with personalised styling and 3x pieces of LSKD apparel - meaning bra, leggings, top for women and tank, short and shirt for men.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Winners will be notified via the email provided at entry within 30 days after the giveaway ends.
If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, or if the prize is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Privacy and Marketing Communications
By entering this giveaway and providing your email address, you consent to receive promotional emails and marketing communications from both BePure and LSKD. You may opt out of these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
BePure and LSKD reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or appears to involve fraud, tampering, or unauthorised interference.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other substitutes are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the sponsors.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BePure, LSKD, and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.Â
