Anna's energising strawberry matcha protein latte
Ingredients:
Strawberry Layer:
- 1/3 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon or tablespoon of sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
Protein Milk Layer:
- 1/3 cup BePure Perfect Protein - Vanilla
- 1 cup milk of your choice
Matcha Layer:
- 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha
- A dash of cold water
Directions:
- Start by making the strawberry layer. Muddle the chopped strawberries with your sweetener of choice (sugar or honey) until well combined. If you prefer a more indulgent treat, you can substitute with strawberry jam.
- Next, blend BePure Perfect Protein - Vanilla with your favourite milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with a dash of cold water using a bamboo matcha whisk or handheld milk frother until it’s frothy.
- Now, it's time to layer! In a tall glass, begin by adding the strawberry mixture at the bottom.
- Add a few handfuls of ice on top of the strawberry layer.
- Slowly pour the protein milk mixture over the ice.
- Finally, carefully spoon the matcha layer on top.
