    Directions:

  • Take 5 x BePure One capsules, 2 x BePure Three capsules, 2 x EstroClear capsules daily.
  • We recommend taking EstroClear for 3-6 months at a time.
  • If this is your first time taking EstroClear we recommend starting with 1x capsules per day & increasing slowly to avoid a detox reaction.
  • Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.


    • EstroClear is not recommended for the following:
