Vanilla and Chai BePure Collagen+ Gut Gummies

These Vanilla and Chai BePure Collagen+ Gut Gummies are gelatin ‘lollies’ sweetened with maple syrup. They are easy to make, contain only a handful of ingredients and use the gut-healing superstar, gelatin alongside the skin, hair and nails superstar, collagen.

Marine type 1 collagen is a highly bioavailable form that helps to improve skin quality and appearance. It may reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin hydration, promote skin elasticity and improve texture. It also supports strong, healthy hair and nails and decreases joint pain.

Gelatin also contains amino acids. These help to seal leaky gut, feeds the good bacteria in your intestinal tract and can improve sleepreduce inflammation, reduce sugar cravings and can help with joint pain.

Kids (and adults!) love these tasty gummies and they can be made into fun moulds or set in any regular tin and cut into squares.

Collagen Gummies Recipe

Chai Flavour

  • 1 C coconut milk
  • 2 Chai tea bags
  • 1.5 Tbsp gelatin
  • 2-4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 level Tbsp BePure Collagen+ chai flavour

Vanilla Flavour

  • 1 C coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1.5 Tbsp gelatin
  • 2-4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 level Tbsp BePure Collagen+ vanilla flavour

  1. In a pot, simmer the coconut milk until warm but do not let it boil. If you're making the chai flavour, steep the chai tea bags in the milk as it heats up, then remove.
  2. Once warm, remove the chai tea bags and add all other ingredients apart from the BePure Collagen+ and stir until well combined.
  3. Set aside to cool to room temperature—approx. 30 minutes—you want it to be cool enough to add the BePure Collagen+ but before it starts to set.
  4. Once cool, stir in collagen and mix until combined.
  5. Pour mixture into your moulds, a baking tin also works fine, and put in fridge overnight to set.
  6. Pop out of moulds or cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy! Store in fridge, they're good for up to five days… if they're around that long.
