This promotion is run jointly by BePure Health Limited and Anytime Fitness New Zealand.

Eligibility:
Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Anytime Fitness, BePure, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period:
Qualifying purchases must be made between 20 April 2026 and 20 June 2026 at 11:59pm NZST.

How to Enter:
Online Purchases:
Purchase BePure Creatine & Magnesium from bepure.co.nz during the promotional period. Online purchasers will be automatically entered using the details provided at checkout. No additional action required.

In-Store Purchases:
Purchase BePure Creatine & Magnesium from Chemist Warehouse or any authorised BePure retailer during the promotional period. Upload a clear photo or scan of your itemised receipt via the online form by 20 June 2026 at 11:59pm NZST. Receipt must clearly show:

• Purchase date (within promotional period)
• Retailer name
• BePure Creatine & Magnesium product name
• Purchase price

Entry Limits:
Each purchase of BePure Creatine & Magnesium constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries, increasing chances of winning.

Prize:
Two (2) winners will each receive:

• One (1) 1-year Anytime Fitness membership, valued at up to $1,300 NZD, provided by Anytime Fitness NZ National Office. Membership includes access to all 5,600+ Anytime Fitness clubs worldwide and 62+ clubs in New Zealand.
• One (1) 1-year supply of BePure Creatine & Magnesium (12 x 300g tubs), valued at up to $598.8 NZD.

Total prize pool value: Up to $1,900 NZD

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by random draw on 24 June 2026. The promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided at purchase or entry within 5 working days of the draw. Winners must respond within 5 working days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected at the promoters' discretion.

Winner Announcement:
Winners' first names will be announced on BePure and Anytime Fitness social media channels and websites on 26 June 2026.

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Anytime Fitness membership begins from the date of activation and is valid for 12 months from activation date.
• Winners must activate their Anytime Fitness membership within 3 months of notification or the membership component of the prize will be forfeited.
• BePure Creatine & Magnesium will be supplied as 12 individual 300g tubs, delivered to the winner's nominated New Zealand address within 30 days of prize acceptance.
• Winners are responsible for any costs associated with using the prize not explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.

Privacy and Information Sharing:
By entering this promotion, entrants agree that:

• Their personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with BePure's Privacy Policy (available at bepure.co.nz/privacy-policy) and Anytime Fitness's Privacy Policy.
• Winners' names and contact details will be shared between BePure and Anytime Fitness NZ National Office for prize fulfilment purposes.
• Winners consent to their first name and suburb being published for winner announcement purposes.
• Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to this competition. Participation is optional but encouraged.

Verification:

• The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries, receipts, and entrants.
• The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Submits fraudulent, illegible, or incomplete receipts
• Tampers with the entry process
• Behaves in a way that is fraudulent, dishonest, or designed to jeopardise the fair running of the competition
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
