1. Promoter
The promoter is BePure Health Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway runs from 6 October 2025 to 6 December 2025 (inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of BePure Health Ltd, its partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Purchase any BePure Joint Care product online or in-store between 6 October and 6 December 2025.
- Each eligible purchase = 1 entry.
- Online customers will be entered automatically.
- In-store customers must submit proof of purchase through the entry form at https://bepure.co.nz/giveaway. Receipt must clearly show product, date, and retailer.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won:
- 1x Sauna from Kiva Wellness (unit only; delivery included NZ-wide)
- 1x Year’s Supply of BePure Joint Care (6-month supply sent after winner confirmation, and a second 6-month supply sent 6 months later)
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the sauna is unavailable for any reason, BePure reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product of equal or greater value.
7. Prize Delivery & Installation
- The sauna will be delivered directly to the winner by Kiva Wellness.
- Delivery address must be within New Zealand.
- Any additional costs associated with installation, setup, maintenance, power use or safe operation of the sauna are the winner’s responsibility.
- The winner must read and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and may be required to sign a waiver from Kiva Wellness before the sauna is dispatched.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- BePure is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss associated with the delivery, installation or use of the sauna.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release BePure from all liability arising from use of the sauna or Joint Care product.
- BePure will not be responsible for any loss of data, failed entries, or technical issues that prevent entry.
9. Taxes & Insurance
Any tax obligations, insurance, power costs, or other ongoing expenses associated with the sauna are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be drawn at random on or after 9 December 2025.
- BePure will contact the winner using the email or phone number provided. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
- BePure’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Publicity & Content Use
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:
- Have their first name and general location (e.g. city or region) used by BePure in promotional materials
- Be contacted for a potential photo, interview, or content showcasing the prize (e.g. social post, blog) — with no additional compensation required
- Any content shared by the winner featuring the prize may be reshared by BePure with credit
12. Use of Data
By entering, participants agree to their personal details being used for:
- Giveaway administration and winner contact
- Addition to the BePure customer database for future marketing purposes, in line with the BePure Privacy Policy. Applies to online purchases only. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, TikTok, or any other social platform. By entering, you release these platforms from all responsibility.
14. General
BePure reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time.
BePure may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these terms.
