Each and every one of us is unique on a biological level which means that our bodies all respond differently, and that includes nutritional support products or supplements.

When starting a new supplement, you may experience some initial adverse reactions or feel a little unwell. For lost or missing orders, an investigation will be opened with NZ Post. If the delivery issue cannot be resolved, we will then replace the order.

Damaged orders will be replaced.

We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. BePure box with packing filler peanuts. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return and please email us info@bepure.co.nz with confirmation that your order has been sent back.

Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with packing filler in the BePure box. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.

We also recommend that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number when you return the package which will allow you to keep an eye on the package's return to us if for some reason it takes longer than expected.
