Promotion Details: This promotion is run by BePure Health Limited, in partnership with Sleepyhead.

Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of BePure, Sleepyhead, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period: Qualifying purchases must be made between 1st September 2026 and 1 December 2026 at 11:59pm NZDT.

How to Enter

Online Purchases:
Purchase BePure Magnesium Sleep or Deep Sleep from bepure.co.nz during the promotional period. Online purchasers will be automatically entered using the details provided at checkout. No additional action required.

In-Store Purchases:
Purchase BePure Magnesium Sleep or Deep Sleep from Chemist Warehouse or any authorised BePure retailer during the promotional period. Upload a clear photo or scan of your itemised receipt via the online form by 1st December 2026 at 11:59pm NZDT. Receipt must clearly show:

• Purchase date (within promotional period)
• Retailer name
• BePure Magnesium Sleep or Deep Sleep product name
• Purchase price

Entry Limits: Each purchase of BePure Magnesium Sleep or Deep Sleep constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries, increasing chances of winning.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Sleepyhead Chiropractic Medium Queen Bed, RRP $4,798 NZD, provided by Sleepyhead.
• One (1) 1-year supply of BePure products, valued at up to $2,000 NZD.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw shortly after the promotional period closes. The promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided at purchase or entry within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must respond within 5 working days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected at the promoters' discretion.

Winner Announcement

The winner's first name will be announced on BePure and Sleepyhead social media channels and websites on 6th December 2026.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Sleepyhead Chiropractic Medium Queen Bed will be delivered to the winner's nominated New Zealand address within 30 days of prize acceptance, subject to Sleepyhead's standard delivery terms.
• BePure products will be supplied as a 1-year supply, delivered to the winner's nominated New Zealand address within 30 days of prize acceptance.
• Winners are responsible for any costs associated with using the prize not explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.

Privacy and Information Sharing

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that:

• Their personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with BePure's Privacy Policy (available at bepure.co.nz/privacy-policy) and Sleepyhead's Privacy Policy.
• The winner's name and contact details will be shared between BePure and Sleepyhead for prize fulfilment purposes.
• The winner consents to their first name and suburb being published for winner announcement purposes.

The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries, receipts, and entrants.
