The following terms and conditions cover use of the BePure Wellness website https://bepure.co.nz and any purchase or use of BePure products.

This website is owned and operated by BePure Health Limited (BePure, we, us, our).

By using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Early Access Sale starts at 9:00am NZST Saturday 15th November 2025 and ends 09:00am NZST Monday 17th November 2025. Free B-Vit Energy Restore 30-Day Supply available whilst stocks last, will be automatically added to all applicable one-time or first-time subscription orders. 2. Promotion Period

The giveaway runs from Monday 10th November 2025 to 11:59 pm NZDT on Saturday 31st January 2026 (inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of BePure Health Ltd, its partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must have an active, recurring subscription for one or more BePure products by the end of the Promotion Period:
- New Subscribers: Automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw by successfully placing a new subscription order for one or more BePure products between November 10th, 2025, and January 31st, 2026.
- Existing Subscribers: All existing customers with an active, recurring BePure subscription as of 11:59 pm NZDT on January 31st, 2026, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
- Entry Limit: A maximum of one (1) entry will be granted per person, regardless of the number of products they are subscribed to.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize to be won:

- 1x Winter Wellness Retreat at Aro Hā Wellness Retreat (applicable for one person). Winter Wellness retreats run from 1 June to 30 September 2026. 
- 1x Return Flights for one person from any major New Zealand domestic terminal to Queenstown (ZQN).
- Voucher/Credit: The retreat prize is a voucher/credit for the winner to use at their preferred time, based on the availability of the retreat as determined by Aro Hā.
- Non-Transferable: The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Prize Exclusions & Winner Responsibility

- The prize is for one person only.
- Travel insurance, transfers between the winner's home and the departure terminal, and transfers from Queenstown Airport to Aro Hā (unless provided as a standard service by Aro Hā) are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
- Any costs incurred above the value of the provided Aro Hā voucher/credit are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Aro Hā Terms

The winner must comply with the terms and conditions, booking requirements, and policies of Aro Hā in relation to the use of the retreat voucher/credit, including cancellation and rescheduling fees.

8. Liability Disclaimer

BePure is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or in connection with the winner's travel to, stay at, or experience of the Aro Hā retreat. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release BePure from all liability arising from the use of the prize.

9. Taxes & Insurance

Any tax obligations, travel insurance, or other incidental expenses associated with claiming and utilising the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Winner Selection & Notification

- The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
- BePure will contact the winner using the email address or phone number associated with their BePure subscription within seven (7) days of the draw date.
- If no response is received within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.
- BePure’s decision in relation to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Publicity & Content Use

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:
- Have their first name and general location (e.g., city or region) used by BePure in promotional materials.
- Be contacted for a potential photo, interview, or content showcasing the prize (e.g., social post, blog) — with no additional compensation required.
- Any content shared by the winner featuring the prize may be reshared by BePure with credit.

12. Use of Data

By entering, participants agree to their personal details being used for:
- Giveaway administration and winner contact.
- Addition to the BePure customer database for future marketing purposes, in line with the BePure Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, TikTok, or any other social platform. By entering, you release these platforms from all responsibility.

14. General

- BePure reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time.
- BePure may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these terms.
- These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars by default, you can double check the currency by viewing our currency selector in the website header menu or footer.

We may change the price of products from time to time and when we do, those prices will be displayed on the products page.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all amounts specified on the website are GST inclusive.

Payments are processed by Shopify. To allow the processing of payment and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we provide certain personal information about you to that third-party provider.

We may securely store and use credit card or other payment account information provided by you to make withdrawals from your account in exchange for payment for any product confirmed in a product order.

Gift certificates can be purchased online and are only redeemable on the BePure online store. Gift certificates cannot be used at stockists.

Gift certificates are valid until their expiry date or until no amount remains on the gift certificate. 

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged with BePure for monetary value, topped up or used to purchase other gift certificates. 

Promotions apply exclusively to purchases made through our online store and are not applicable to non-BePure products, recurring subscription orders or in conjunction with other special offers.

BePure offers free shipping for all NZ repeat subscriptions orders.

BePure offers free shipping for NZ one-time orders that total $80 or over. NZ one-time orders totalling below $80 will be charged $5 for shipping.

BePure offers free shipping for all AU repeat subscriptions orders.

Australian one-time orders or first-time subscription orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20 NZD. 

Please note, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in Australia. Australian orders must be sent to a street address.

Shipping to Australia can be expected to take 2-3 business days if on the East Coast. Western Australia may take longer. All shipping to Australia is tracked.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.

International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.

Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of BePure Health. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Please note, the maximum order limit for US orders is $225 USD.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address
• Adding or removing items
• Applying discounts
• Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for all NZ and AU orders. For USA or other international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. BePure box with packing filler. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return.

Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with packing filler in the BePure box. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.

Subscribe and save 15% off all repeat orders*

The first order on subscription will be charged at full price. From the second order onwards, subscription orders will be discounted by 15%.

The customer has the flexibility to manage their subscription.

Updating credit card details, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping frequency or skipping an upcoming order can be done at any time by registering, and logging into your BePure online account. 

To change the next shipment date, postpone a subscription, change the selection of products or cancel a subscription completely, the customer is able to do this via their BePure account or through the BePure customer support team. The customer is required to contact BePure, and receive written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.

All BePure repeat subscription orders sent within NZ and Australia are eligible for free shipping.

International BePure subscription orders will be charged a standard international shipping fee of $35.00 for each order.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost.

All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can intercept your order in time.

Postponement or cancellation of a BePure subscription must be completed through the customer's online BePure account or by contacting us and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.

Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened. Please contact us to arrange your return.

If a subscription account is completely cancelled, the customer will lose their discount and will have to begin from the start if they choose to rejoin.

BePure’s “Give $20, Get $10” referral program rewards both the referrer (“you”) and the friend (“referee”) when the referee makes their first qualifying purchase.

Referral Reward Program Details:
- Give $20: Your friend will receive a $20 voucher to use on their first BePure order of $100 or more.
- Get $10: Once your friend redeems their $20 voucher and completes their qualifying purchase, you’ll receive a $10 credit automatically applied to your next subscription order.
- The referral program is open to existing BePure subscription customers with an active account, only.
- The referred friend must be a new BePure customer.
- Only one $20 voucher may be used per new customer.

How to Refer:
- Access your unique referral link through your BePure subscription portal.
- Share the link directly with your friends.
- Your friend must use your link to receive their $20 voucher.

Redemption Conditions:
- The referee’s $20 voucher is valid for orders of $100 or more (excluding shipping).
- The referrer’s $10 credit will only be applied after the referee has redeemed their voucher and completed a qualifying order.
- Credits and vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Expiry:
- The $10 credit for the referrer expires 1 year after the date it is earned.
- The friend’s $20 voucher must be used at the time of their first qualifying purchase and cannot be saved for future use.

Viewing Your Credit:
- Referrers can view their available referral credit balance in their BePure subscription account portal.

General Terms:
- BePure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- BePure may cancel referral credits or vouchers if it detects any fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

BePure is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by BePure.

BePure owns the trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world associated with BePure Content, the Website, and the Services. Moreover, the term “BePure” and anything on the Website that identifies or distinguishes BePure from any other goods and services are registered or unregistered trademarks of BePure (the “BePure Trademarks”). Except as otherwise permitted by law, you agree not to display or use in any manner the BePure Trademarks without BePure's prior written consent.

We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we are not responsible for any personally incurred costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you notify us otherwise.

We may use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (provided we won't identify you by name without your permission).

You may contact us to remove any such information and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.

Tickets for our events are non-refundable including during promotions. If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you wish to do so please contact us.
