BePure Questionnaires


The BePure Questionnaires have been developed by the BePure internal team as a tool to raise general health awareness, and is not designed to diagnose or treat health concerns or conditions.

By completing BePure Questionnaires you agree to receive further communications from BePure including the BePure Newsletter. You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

Online Store


The BePure online store is restricted to those over the age of 18 years.


All prices on the BePure online store, and all orders processed are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand, and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. Prices do not include shipping costs.


All transactions on our website are processed through a highly secure and fully compliant payment gateway platform that utilises industry best practice encryption and security. We, BePure, therefore do not store your card data to process your payment or for any future orders, you may want to make.


Gift Certificates


Gift certificates can be purchased online and are only redeemable on the BePure online store. Gift certificates cannot be used at stockists or for BePure Clinic services.


Gift certificates are valid until their expiry date or until no amount remains on the gift certificate. 


Gift certificates cannot be exchanged with BePure for monetary value, topped up or used to purchase other gift certificates. 




Promotions apply exclusively to purchases made through our online store and are not applicable to non-BePure products, recurring orders or in conjunction with other special offers.


Shipping & Delivery


Standard shipping & delivery time frames are as follows (these time frames are after the parcel has been handed to our courier providers):


  • - NZ Standard: 1-2 days
  • - NZ Rural: 2-3 days
  • - East coast Australia: 3-7 days 
  • - International & West Coast Australia: 2+ weeks depending on location.

Cost of shipping


BePure offers free shipping for all NZ/AU subscriptions orders.


BePure offers free shipping for NZ one-time orders that total $80 or over. NZ one-time orders totaling below $80 will be charged $5 for shipping.


Australian one-time orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20 NZD.


Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.

International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your selected country. Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of BePure Health. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.


Canceling a one-off order


We cannot guarantee that an order can be intercepted by our logistics team. Once the order has progressed to our packing process the order will not be able to be intercepted and the customer will need to organise returning the order at their own cost. 




All orders sent from BePure DO NOT require a signature upon delivery.


Returns Policy


All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.


Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted or refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still in tact, and returned in its original packaging such as BePure box/ and wood-wool.


Damaged products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at info@bepure.co.nz



Once received at the BePure Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned items. Please note, cancellation and return fees may apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.

Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.



The information contained on our website has been prepared for the purpose of providing information, including about our products and services, and is not intended to provide medical advice or designed to rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases.


Nothing stated or posted on our website is intended to be and must not be taken to be, medical advice.

BePure is not liable for any claim, loss, damage or liability arising out of, or relating to, this BePure website or the information contained on it.

Intellectual property


All material on our website and all software, design, text and graphics on our website are owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You must not copy, sell or use any part of our website or any material contained on our website without our written consent.

New Zealand Law


The BePure website and all contracts entered into through it are governed by and interpreted in accordance with New Zealand law.



We may change, delete or move any of the material on this website or these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.

Insurance Policy


BePure is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by BePure.

Trademarks; Copyrights & Proprietary Rights


BePure owns the trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world associated with BePure Content, the Website, and the Services. Moreover, the term “BePure” and anything on the Website that identifies or distinguishes BePure from any other goods and services are registered or unregistered trademarks of BePure (the “BePure Trademarks”). Except as otherwise permitted by law, you agree not to display or use in any manner the BePure Trademarks without BePure's prior written consent.

Privacy Policy


BePure is committed to protecting your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. The privacy policy below lets you know about our online information practices and how we treat the information we receive from you.

Information We Collect


We only collect personal information that you provide us directly, e.g. when you sign up for our newsletter, ask us a question, or purchase from the BePure online store. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card details and other personal information. You don't have to provide us with your personal information, but if don't then you might not be able to use all the features of this BePure website or remain up to date with BePure developments.



We use cookies, and similar technology, on our website to collect information about your browser and your activities on our website as well as information about your device. Cookies are files placed on your device which we use to analyse how people use our websites and help us improve our website, including by using analytical tools. You can change your settings so your device does not accept cookies. If you do that you may not be able to use all the functionality on our website.


What we use your information for

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • - Send you our newsletter
  • - Facilitate the purchase and delivery of items purchased from the BePure online store and keep you updated on your order
  • - Personalise your customer experience
  • - Respond to you
  • - Improve the BePure website
  • - Send you BePure emails. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each BePure email if at any time you want to unsubscribe from receiving them.
  • - Send you BePure text notifications. 


  • By entering your phone number into our subscription form or opting in via checkout, you agree that we may send you text notifications such as promotional offers. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.
  • For any questions please text HELP to the number you received the messages from. You can also contact us for more information. If you wish to opt out please follow the procedures above.


How we might disclose your information


We may share your personal information with third parties who assist us in operating BePure, our website and our online store. We may also disclose your personal information to comply with the law or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.

Storage and retention


BePure is dedicated to keeping personal information secure. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information provided by you is protected from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Once your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, we will take all reasonable steps to delete or destroy it.

Changes to Privacy Policy


BePure reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.


In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted here to inform yourself of any changes.


If you do not accept the contents of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with your personal information.

BePure Online Store

Health Information


You authorise BePure to collect and use your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code 1994.


During your consultations and interaction with the myBePure online website application (myBePure) you will be asked to share your health information with BePure.


You may be asked questions, asked to take a health and lifestyle questionnaire and/or be physically examined. This enables BePure and their BePure Holistic Health Practitioners to plan and carry out safe and appropriate support for your individual needs.


You do not have to give us any information or provide us with full information, however, failure to do so may result in BePure refusing to provide you with support, or incorrect support being provided, for which BePure cannot accept responsibility.


We may use the information we collect from you to:

    • - Contact you;
    • - Obtain an understanding of your health and lifestyle;
    • - Provide you with recommendations;
    • - Provide you with a support plan;
    • - Send you our newsletter; and/or Email you about our goods and services and
    • - Comply with any applicable laws and/or regulations. 


We may share your personal and health information with your prior consent (unless it is not desirable or practicable to obtain consent in accordance with the Health Information Code 1994):

  • - With third parties, including your doctor or health care professional, and third parties who assist us in providing you with recommendations;
  • - With other third parties we consider necessary and/or,
  • - To comply with the law and/or regulations or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.




We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we are not responsible for any personally incurred costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.


By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you notify us otherwise.


We may use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (provided we won't identify you by name without your permission).


You may ask us to remove any such information by contacting info@bepure.co.nz and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.

Event Refund Policy


Tickets for our events are non-refundable including during promotions. If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date, location or to someone else.
