The following terms and conditions cover use of the BePure Wellness website https://bepure.co.nz, any purchase or use of BePure products, and any products or services provided by the BePure Clinic.
This website is owned and operated by BePure Health Limited (BePure, we, us, our).
By using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
BePure Online Store
Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars by default, you can double check the currency by viewing our currency selector in the website header menu or footer.
We may change the price of products from time to time and when we do, those prices will be displayed on the products page.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all amounts specified on the website are GST inclusive.
Payments are processed by Shopify. To allow the processing of payment and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we provide certain personal information about you to that third-party provider.
We may securely store and use credit card or other payment account information provided by you to make withdrawals from your account in exchange for payment for any product confirmed in a product order.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased online and are only redeemable on the BePure online store. GiftĀ certificates cannot be used at stockists or for BePure Clinic services.
GiftĀ certificates are valid until their expiry dateĀ or until no amount remains on the gift certificate.Ā
GiftĀ certificates cannot be exchanged with BePure for monetary value, topped up or used to purchase other gift certificates.Ā
Promotions
Promotions apply exclusively to purchases made through our online store and are not applicable to non-BePure products, recurring subscription orders or in conjunction with other special offers.
Shipping & Delivery: New Zealand
BePure offers free shipping for all NZ repeat subscriptions orders.
BePure offers free shipping for NZ one-time orders that total $80 or over. NZ one-time orders totalling below $80 will be charged $5 for shipping.
Shipping & Delivery: Australia
BePure offers free shipping for all AU repeat subscriptions orders.
Australian one-time orders or first-time subscription orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20 NZD.Ā
Shipping to Australia can be expected to take 2-3 business days if on the East Coast. Western Australia may take longer. All shipping to Australia is tracked.
Shipping & Delivery: International
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.
International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your selected country.
Please be aware International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties can be up to 20% of the order total and are required to be paid by the purchaser. These are not the responsibility of BePure Health. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee that an order made on the BePure Wellness website can be cancelled. A cancellation fee may occur.
Once the order has progressed to our warehouse and reaches the packing stage, the order will not be able to be intercepted and the customer will need to organise returning the order at their own cost.Ā
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.
We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. BePure box with packing filler. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return.
Please also ensure that the return is well protected, i.e. in its original packaging with packing filler in the BePure box. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.
Please note, cancellation and return fees may apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.
BePure Subscriptions
Subscribe and save 15% off all repeat orders*
The first order on subscription will be charged at full price. From the second order onwards, subscription orders will be discounted by 15%.
The customer has the flexibility to manage their subscription.
Updating credit card details, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping frequency or skipping an upcoming order can be done at any time by registering, and logging into your BePure online account.Ā
To change the next shipment date, postpone a subscription, change the selection of products or cancel a subscription completely, the customer is able to do this via their BePure account or through the BePure customer support team. The customer is required to contact BePure, and receive written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.
All BePure repeat subscription orders sent within NZ and Australia are eligible for free shipping.
International BePure subscription orders will be charged a standard international shipping fee of $35.00 for each order.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost.
All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can intercept your order in time.
Postponement or cancellation of a BePure subscription must be completed through the customer's online BePure account or by contacting us and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.
Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened. Please contact us to arrange your return.
If a subscription account is completely cancelled, the customer will lose their discount and will have to begin from the start if they choose to rejoin.
BePure Clinic Programmes
You understand that BePure Clinic Programmes are designed to focus on supporting your overall wellness. You acknowledge that you understand it is NOT designed to rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases.
Health Information
You authorise BePure to collect and use your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
During your consultations and interaction with the Mindbody website application you will be asked to share your health information with BePure.
You may be asked questions, asked to take a health and lifestyle questionnaire and/or be physically examined. This enables BePure and their BePure Holistic Health Practitioners to plan and carry out safe and appropriate support for your individual needs.
You do not have to give us any information or provide us with full information, however, failure to do so may result in BePure refusing to provide you with support, or incorrect support being provided, for which BePure cannot accept responsibility.
We may use the information we collect from you to:
- Contact you;
- Obtain an understanding of your health and lifestyle;
- Provide you with recommendations;
- Provide you with a support plan;
- Send you our newsletter; and/or Email you about our goods and services and
- Comply with any applicable laws and/or regulations.Ā
We may share your personal and health information with your prior consent (unless it is not desirable or practicable to obtain consent in accordance with the Health Information Code 1994):
- With third parties, including your doctor or health care professional, and third parties who assist us in providing you with recommendations;
- With other third parties we consider necessary and/or,
- To comply with the law and/or regulations or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.
BePure Clinic on Mindbody Platform
The BePure Clinic Programmes are offered through the Mindbody platform.
Appointments: Appointments are allocated time slots. If you arrive late to an appointment or choose to finish an appointment early you will be charged the full amount; time cannot be made up outside of the allocated time slot. If your appointment is held electronically via Zoom and you should ensure you have downloaded the app, your equipment, connection, battery power etc. is working/adequate before the start time of your allocated time slot begins.
Payments: Payments will be automatically deducted from your account 1 business day prior to your booking for the cost of your respective BePure Clinic Programmes via the credit card you have supplied. Payment must be made in New Zealand dollars.
Refunded payments: Due to our IT system requirements, any refunds will be processed within 6 - 10 business days via bank transfer.
Cancellation of, or rescheduling, an appointment: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up to the appointment, you will be required to pay 50%, or all of, the full fee for the appointment. Whether the full fee is payable is at the discretion of BePure.
Cancellation of, or making changes to, your BePure Clinic Programme: There is a 72 hour minimum notice required for any changes or cancellation you would like to make to your BePure Clinic Programme. This includes but is not limited to:
- Putting your BePure Clinic Programme on hold. BePure Clinic Programmes can be placed on hold for a maximum of one month in a twelve month period.
- Switching your current BePure Clinic Programme to another BePure Programme
- Cancelling your BePure Clinic Programme

Insurance Policy
BePure is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by BePure.
Trademarks; Copyrights & Proprietary Rights
BePure owns the trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world associated with BePure Content, the Website, and the Services. Moreover, the term āBePureā and anything on the Website that identifies or distinguishes BePure from any other goods and services are registered or unregistered trademarks of BePure (the āBePure Trademarksā). Except as otherwise permitted by law, you agree not to display or use in any manner the BePure Trademarks without BePure's prior written consent.
Events
We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we are not responsible for any personally incurred costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.
By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you notify us otherwise.
We may use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (provided we won't identify you by name without your permission).
You may contact us to remove any such informationĀ and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.
Event Refund Policy
Tickets for our events are non-refundable including during promotions. If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you wish to do soĀ please contact us.
