Cacao Banana Blood Sugar Balancing Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp fine oats (18 g)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (30g)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (5g)
  • 3/4 Cup milk of choice (190ml)
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Blood Sugar Balance

 

To make:

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and either transfer to a saucepan and cook gently on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until thickened, or microwave for 2 minutes, mixing halfway.
  2. If needed add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
  3. Serve with tahini, cacao nibs, sliced banana and a little bit of dark chocolate. Enjoy!
