Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe banana mashed
- 2 tbsp fine oats (18 g)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (30g)
- 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (5g)
- 3/4 Cup milk of choice (190ml)
- Optional toppings: tahini, cacao nibs, sliced banana, dark chocolate
To make:
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and either transfer to a saucepan and cook gently on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until thickened, or microwave for 2 minutes, mixing halfway.
- If needed add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
- Serve with tahini, cacao nibs, sliced banana and a little bit of dark chocolate. Enjoy!
