Cottage Cheese & Chia Jam Toast

Toast, cottage cheese, and a quick chia jam made from warmed berries. It sounds simple because it is, but it's really good.

Stir a scoop of Good Gut Collagen Protein into your cottage cheese before spreading. It disappears completely and gives you a proper protein hit without changing a thing about the flavour.

For the jam, warm your berries in a pan until they break down, stir in the chia seeds, and let it cool a little. It thickens up beautifully on its own.

Spread the cottage cheese onto your toast, spoon over the jam, and top with honey, olive oil, fresh mint, and flaked salt.

  • Sourdough toast
