When that chocolate craving hits, it’s easy to reach for something sugary and processed. But with this simple recipe, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with nourishing, nutrient-rich ingredients.

Ingredients:
300g silken tofu
100g dark chocolate, melted (85% cocoa is a great, lower sugar option)
2 heaped tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Blitz until silky smooth.
Enjoy straight away as a pudding, or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set into a mousse.
