What is the BeWell Club?

The BeWell Club is a loyalty and subscription programme for the BePure community.

Being part of the BeWell Club means access to benefits like growing discounts, never having to worry about re-ordering, surprise treats, as well as educational and inspiring resources to make living well fun and easy.

How do I join the BeWell Club?

When adding items to your cart, select ‘Subscribe’ rather than ‘One-off delivery’. This will set up a subscription for you with an automatic frequency that you can change, stop, or pause at any time.

After your first order, any subsequent orders will be discounted, and this discount increases as you continue to order on subscription.

Do I have to order the same product every time?

You can swap your products, skip orders and change delivery dates. As long as you don’t cancel your subscription altogether, you’ll continue to be part of the BeWell Club and reap the benefits.

Note, that you can only skip your order twice per year to maintain your BeWell Club tier.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription anytime via your BeWell Club account. Click here to find out how. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message and our Wellness Coordinator team can arrange this for you.

Cancellations will need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is processed to ensure we can cancel it in time.

How do I change my upcoming order date?

You can easily change the date and address of your next order through your BeWell Club account to make sure your orders arrive exactly when and where you need them. If you have any trouble, feel free to send us a message and our team will be happy to help you out.

Can I skip my upcoming order?

If you are needing a little break in between orders, no worries at all. You can skip your orders until you are ready to top up your wellness stash of BePure supplements. Please note you can only skip twice a year to retain your loyalty tier.
