Ingredients

  • 220g dried apricots (soaked in boiling water for 1 hour prior)
  • 65g desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Juice of half an orange

Method

  2. Roll into balls, then coat in extra coconut if desired.
