Greater energy and better digestion

I've been using BePure products for a year and am convinced this has helped me on my journey of recovery from pericarditis. Goal achieved in first 4 days!
I started the 30 day wellness track because there was something going on with my hormones that was affecting my cycle and I was concerned. When the promo came up I decided to give it a go cos what was my other option! I was so excited when things went back to normal on the 4th day! I am so pumped by that and the power of supporting our systems and me making a choice to do something about it and that something working!

What an amazing product
My husband suggested that I try the Everyday Wellness Pack as he has been taking the Magnesium Restore for a few months now and he no longer experiences leg cramps and his quality of sleep has improved immensely so I thought "why not" as I have been a serial multi vitamin supermarket purchaser and nothing seemed to be working. I am just finishing off the 30 day challenge and boy what a difference the Everyday Wellness Pack has done for my health. I am no longer feeling bloated, my mood swings are settling down (big high five for that) and I have no longer have "brain fog" and my energy levels have steadily been increasing. Noticeable difference
I feel better, more energic, and have a better mood after taking these for a few weeks. The only feedback I have is that the fish oil doesn't seem to be odourless and I can often taste it after taking it.

Taking an Apple Cider Vinegar shot beforehand is also a great way to increase the stomach's natural ability to digest the oils too, supporting ay reflux of fishy aftertaste. :)
