How does a BePure subscription work?
Your product subscription will auto-deliver on a schedule that you choose, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time using our self-service portal.
You'll also get 15% off all repeat orders. This means that the first order on subscription will be charged at full price. From the second order onwards, subscription orders will be discounted by 15%.

How do I subscribe to BePure products?
When adding items to your cart, simply select ‘Subscribe’ rather than ‘One-Time Purchase’. This will set up a subscription for you with an automatic frequency that you can change, stop, or pause at any time.
Do I have to order the same product every time?
Nope! You can swap your selected products out to something different whenever you like.
Here's how to swap your products:
- Log in to the self-service portal by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website. *If you try to login and get the message 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than login. Don't worry - it won't set you up with another account, it will just reset your current one.
- Select the 'Manage Subscription' option from the next menu.
- Click the option to manage the subscription on the product you would like to swap.
- Select the swap option, then the product you would like to try and add this to your order!

How do I change my upcoming order date?
You can easily change the date and address of your next order through our self-service portal to make sure your orders arrive exactly when and where you need them.
- Log in to the self-service portal by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website. *If you try to login and get the message 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than login. Don't worry - it won't set you up with another account, it will just reset your current one.
- Select the 'Manage Subscription' option from the next menu.
- Select the 'next charge date' button on the subscription you would like to change and select the date you would like to move your next order to. You will need to change each subscription product individually if you are wanting to alter your whole order.
- Select update next shipment date to save your changes are you will see a message confirming these changes have saved.

Can I skip my upcoming order?
If you are needing a little break in between orders, no worries at all. You can skip your orders until you are ready to top up your wellness stash of BePure supplements:
1. Log in to the self-service portal by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website. *If you try to login and get the message 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than login. Don't worry - it won't set you up with another account, it will just reset your current one.
2. Select 'Manage Subscription' from the drop menu.
3. Under the “Subscriptions” tab select “Manage Subscription” for the product you are wanting to cancel.
4. Select “Skip Shipment” and confirm by selecting “Skip”.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Note: Cancellations will need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is processed to ensure we can cancel it in time.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can easily change the delivery address of your next order through our self-service portal to make sure your orders arrive exactly where you need them.
- Log in to the self-service portal by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website. *If you try to login and get the message 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than login. Don't worry - it won't set you up with another account, it will just reset your current one.
- Select the 'Manage Subscription' option from the next menu.
- Your subscriptions will now be showing and you can select shipping address to make any edits to your current address.
- Once you have clicked into Shipping Address, there will be an option to add a new address. Once you have done so, save these changes and remove your old address.

How do I change my payment / credit card details for my BePure subscription?
