Will the Better Sleep Bundle make me drowsy?
Deep Sleep is a relaxant rather than a sedative, so if taken as directed it should not make you drowsy but rather support your body to relax and unwind into a peaceful sleep when your head hits the pillow. This also means you should wake up feeling clear-headed, well-rested, and ready to take on your day.
Can I take this with my medication?
Deep Sleep may enhance the sedative effect of any sleep or drowsy medication, so please consult with your health professional first. Magnesium Restore is safe to take with most medications, including common anti-depressants, however, it is always best to check with your doctor before starting any supplement if you are on prescription medication.
Is this bundle suitable for children?
This bundle is recommended for ages 12+ only, and Deep Sleep is recommended at the following doses: 12 -13-year-olds 1 capsule per day, 14 -15-year-olds can take up to 2 capsules 16+ can take the full dose of 3 capsules.
Can I take this bundle while pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no evidence to support the safety of the herbal ingredients in Deep Sleep during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so we do not recommend using Deep Sleep while pregnant or breastfeeding. Magnesium Restore alone is safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding.

Great products
I have found that using both products has helped with my sleep considerably. I rarely have cramping in my legs and feet thanks to taking these products together. Have been using them for a while now and will continue to do so.
Love this Bundle
Everyday life and prescribed medications for conditions has depleted my magnesium levels and I struggled to sleep & sleep well This type of magnesium (bi-glycinate) is the best and most effective on the market today. Really thankful for Be Pure and its high quality products as I am having a more enriched sleep and overall wellness in general has improved!

These are both really good high quality products.The quality of my sleep is so much better because of these. I only wish I didnt have to take so many of each (I also take the One, Two & Three, so it's a lot of capsules haha)

After taking this for a few weeks I've noticed I am sleeping a lot better..I was waking regularly and struggling to get back off to sleep. Now I only wake once during the night and it has made such a difference for me.

I have been on the Magnesium and Deep Sleep capsules for about a month now and really find them great. The Deep Sleep capsules relax the mind so much and I am able to fall asleep a lot sooner than I used to :)

Best night sleep I've had in a long while
I've had trouble with my sleep for 10 years.(mainly whilst having chronic fatigue). I had a really bad patch of insomnia and since then I have struggled to ever feel rested. I wake up loads in the night. I've tried so many remedies and false promises. I kinda gave up. But decided recently to try these. I'm still waking up whilst taking these but I go to sleep pretty quickly again and I feel more like I've actually slept in the morning and have more energy the next day. I'm hoping as time goes on it my sleep will improve more.
