Lisa Walker

Lead Researcher & Clinical Manager

Having worked in the health and fitness industry for the past 8 years, Lisa has developed a deep love for the interconnection between the body, mind, and soul. With a strong curiosity in the ‘why’ behind our health concerns, Lisa has a keen interest in the interwoven physiological and psychological components of wellbeing that are unique to each individual.

Lisa specialises in hormonal well-being, mental health, fatigue, gut health and women’s health. She is passionate about empowering others to ‘do it for their cells’ so they can be the best version of themselves possible.

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts - Psychology from Massey University
  • Diploma in Nutritional Science from The Naturopathic College of New Zealand
  • Diploma in Fitness from Fitlink New Zealand
  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Personal Training from the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness

Belinda Grocott

Clinical Nutritionist

Belinda was born and raised in South Africa and spent many years traveling the world as a Chef on Luxury SuperYachts, she now calls Auckland home.

As a Mum of two children Belinda has a special interest in children’s nutrition, particularly the support of ADD/ADHD and finding creative, appealing ways to get good food in. Hormone health and gut health are other areas of special interest.

Belinda is committed to using a holistic approach to healing and believes that the right diet for your body’s needs and lifestyle allows your body, mind, and immune system to function at its optimum. Belinda is committed to ongoing learning, using functional tests and the latest research in treatment protocols.

Olivia Bragg

Clinical Nutritionist

Olivia brings a unique perspective to wellness by taking both an individual and holistic approach. To get to the root cause of concerns, Olivia comprehensively considers all aspects of health including nutrition, lifestyle and environment, supporting her clients to confidently pursue their own unique health journey.

Throughout her own health journey, Olivia has gained a deeper and broader understanding of what it takes to experience true abundant health. This has provided her with a grounded, empathetic, and open-minded approach to wellness. Digestive conditions, hormonal health and chronic fatigue are areas of specific interest.

Amy Cole

Clinical Coordinator

Amy comes from a background in customer service with over 10 years of experience working with people. Whether working in healthcare or retail management Amy has a desire to care and show compassion for those she is working with. She is passionate about working with people and assisting them in achieving their goals.
