How do I know whether Calm Now or Burnout Rescue is right for me?
Calm Now is designed for those experiencing anxiety or stress and seeking immediate relief. Burnout Rescue is designed for those feeling wired AND tired and need some support with long term stress resilience, if you do not tolerate caffeine of any kind then this product is right for you!
Can I take both Calm Now & Burnout Rescue together?
Yes! This combo can provide both immediate relief from stress and long-term resilience for the fast-paced world we live in today.
Can I take Calm Now while pregnant and breastfeeding?
Calm Now is not recommended for pregnancy and breastfeeding due to herbal ingredients such Kava and Passion Flower. These have not been investigated to confirm safety during these times.
Can I take Calm Now alongside antidepressants/anti-anxiety medication?
We do not recommend taking Calm Now alongside alcohol, benzodiazepines or CNS depressants. Other classes of antidepressants such as SSRIs or anti-anxiety medication can be used alongside Calm Now, however we still recommend checking in with your doctor to make sure it is right for you.
Is Calm Now suitable for vegans?
Yes, Calm Now is vegan friendly.
Can I take Calm Now with other BePure products?
Yes, you can combine Calm Now with most of our BePure range, except Deep Sleep. Calm Now cannot be taken with Deep Sleep due to crossover of ingredients.
How long should I take Calm Now for?
Calm Now is not designed for regular, long term use - a six-month time period is recommended followed by a 2-3 week break. We would encourage you to look into ways to support your stress response long-term with the support of Burnout Rescue and use Calm Now for periods of high need.
What ages is Calm Now recommended for?
Calm Now is recommended for the ages 18+ and over due to the herbal ingredients such as Kava.
Is Calm Now allergy-friendly?
Yes, Calm Now is free from gluten, soy, dairy, corn, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, artificial flavours and nasty additives.

This product has helped me immensely while I'm studying & juggling a busy family life. I definitely notice the difference on the days where I take my Inner Calm and mostly with my sleep! Taking them regularly in the morning has made a positive impact on how quickly I fall asleep when I go to bed and how restful my sleep is :) It's just a shame they're not recommended for long term use.
