Can I take EstroClear during menopause?
As we transition through perimenopause into menopause our oestrogen levels start to fluctuate and can rise and fall quite drastically. With this in mind, we would not recommend EstroClear during these stages. EstroClear is designed to support the detoxification of oestrogen, therefore, has the potential to exacerbate the symptoms we can experience while menopausal. Instead, we recommend BePure MenoCalm.
Can I take EstroClear while on the oral contraceptive pill?
EstroClear is not recommended for those on contraception. While on hormonal contraception, your oestrogen levels are generally low as the way the pill works is to give synthetic hormones in replacement to our natural ones to prevent ovulation and/or increase the thickness of vaginal mucus to prevent sperm from reaching the egg. This means that EstroClear usually isn't supportive during this time, and if coming off contraception we would recommend at least 3 months break before beginning our hormone-supporting herbal products like EstroClear or CycleCalm.
Is EstroClear allergy-friendly?
Yes, EstroClear is free from gluten, soy, dairy, corn, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and additives.
Is EstroClear suitable for vegans?
Yes! EstroClear is vegan and vegetarian-friendly.
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking EstroClear?
A detox reaction can be quite common when beginning BePure EstroClear as the high-strength nature of this product up-regulates your system, including your detoxification system. This known as the 'healing crisis' where you can feel worse before you feel better, while the body works to remove excess toxins from your body. This can result in symptoms such as headaches, nausea, tiredness, and skin breakouts. It is fine to keep taking the supplement, but make sure you always take them with food and you are drinking plenty of water to give your body the best chance of eliminating the toxins. We also recommend reducing your dose until you feel better. Any unpleasant responses should pass within one to three days, and if symptoms persist please contact us for support.

Total Game Changer
I’ve been taking EstroClear for three weeks, and the difference is already noticeable and significant! I have endometriosis, and my periods have always lasted 7–10 days, with 2–3 very heavy, painful days. My last period lasted just five days, with less pain and much lighter flow. On top of that, my skin has improved dramatically—it’s glowy and clear, whereas I normally struggle with hormonal breakouts each month. Fertility Lifesaver
I was experiencing unexplained weight gain, about 6-7kgs worth, exceptionally tired and pain in my pelvis. After a scan and some blood tests it revealed I had cysts, and also "very low egg reserves" at 33. I was told it would be extremely unlikely I would fall pregnant again without IVF. I found this product, it cleared up all my cysts, I lost the weight, and I fell pregnant without medical help a few months later. This is worth a shot.

Great during my menopause
I take this every second or third day to detox bad estrogens from my body.

Since starting these products I haven’t had a migraine or even symptoms of a migraine. I was on daily medication to reduce them but I still had one or two a month and also had to have blood tests every three months to monitor my kidney function as a this was a side effect of that medication. Now I don’t have to take that medication and have been migraine free for three months!

I get the worst ***! Breast pain is horrific, I usually have a mental break down one day before I start my ************, I can feel the hormones raging in my body! I've been taking this product for only 2 weeks and I just had my period and I was surprised because I had absolutely no breast pain leading up to it and I had no big emotional outbursts. This is massive for me and I will absolutely continue to take this product and see what other miracles it can do. Thank you for this product!

Helping move hormonal weight
So far so good. A year post pregnancy Ive been unable to move belly weight with diet alone. Still early days but starting to see a reduction on size and tightening of the abdomen.

I have only been using this product for 2 weeks and have noticed a huge improvement in my periods. I would usually spot 3-5 days prior to my period and then would bleed heavily for 3-4 days. This month I spotted 2 days and bleed lightly with no period pain and no breast tenderness for 3 days!!

Estro clear has been an absolute game changer for me, my cycle is back to 28 days, my ******* are no where near as painful as they were and no cramping during my period, i cant recommend this stuff enough, just brilliant.
