Will Magnesium Restore upset my digestive system?
Unlike other magnesium products (often using magnesium citrate), Magnesium Restore is formulated with magnesium bis-glycinate. This is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium that is readily absorbed by the body, and so won't stick around in your digestive system long enough to trigger loose bowel movements.
Can I take this with other BePure products?
Yes, it is safe to take Magnesium Restore alongside all other products in our range. We recommend taking alongside Deep Sleep for optimal sleep support.
Can I take Magnesium Restore with my medication?
Magnesium Restore is safe to take with most medications, including common anti-depressants, however, we always recommend to check with your doctor before starting any supplement if you are on prescription medication.
Can children use Magnesium Restore?
Magnesium Restore is safe for children aged 6-11 at one capsule per day, and anyone over age 12+ can have the full dose of two capsules per day.

Please, never ever stop making this
I'm super obese and was active (gym 4 times a week) until three years ago when I fell and injured my knee. I thought that was the beginning of the end. Then, last month I needed a new magnesium supp that would relax me and boy did I get it! Recommended by one of the pharmacists at Chemist Warehouse Kilbirnie and knowing of Be Pure's top-notch reputation I bought the small bottle without expectations. I took the two tablets nervously and went to bed. I didn't sleep well that night, but I was more energetic and felt more positive. I repeated it the next night, slept better and energy doubled. It's got better and better! It's really helped my muscles and I'm almost back to normal. I've been racing around and haven't stopped. I also have sleep apnoea and now I sleep at 8:30 pm coz I'm genuinely tired. I sleep deeper too. The only struggle is, with two tablets I'm so relaxed in bed I don't want to get up 😅 so I've reduced it to one on weekdays and two at the weekend. Love this stuff and won't be going back. I'm dying to get my mum using it too to see if it helps with fibromyalgia. Thanks Team, 💚 your work.

Knee Relief
I kid you not, since taking these (2 months) I have noticed a huge difference in my knees. I'm a big girl with bad knees and walking up and down stairs was always painful but since taking this BePURE magnesium, I now have a little spring in my step and confidently walk up stairs at the train station instead of walking the ramp. Have not had any leg cramps and my overall energy levels, calmness and deep sleep has been amazing. Definitely going to keep taking this, highly recommend.

Good Product with Healing Power
I had waist and hip sprains four months ago. No matter how many herbal medicines I took and Chinese acupunctures and deep massages I had, the pain never went away. Till recently I started taking this product following the recommendation of my Physiotherapist. Since then, I started noticing the change. The pain in my hip joint has gradually gone away within 11 days of taking it. Although the pain is not completely gone, but I am confident that I will recover soon. Moreover, at the same time, I am able to have 8-9 hours deep sleep now. Hint: I take 2 capsules each day with the recommended dosage being 1-2 capsules a day. Thank you BePure!

Night staple
Have used this product for months wondering if it would make a difference from cheaper chemist brands that I used in the past and yes, it’s highly worth it! Addition of L-Carnitine makes me more relaxed and more likely to ease myself into sleep (as someone who’s struggled with night routine/going to sleep for years). Can’t go without!
