Apple Cider Vinegar Digestive Shot Recipe

Bloating is a common and uncomfortable phenomenon most of us experience from time to time, however, feeling bloated is not normal.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp good-quality honey
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • or 2 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Juice of half an orange

Directions

  • In a 700ml jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix together the vinegar, honey, ginger, and salt.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice and orange juice into the jar and mix in.
  • Fill with water, seal the jar, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour into a small glass for your morning shot of goodness.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 month (if you can make it last that long!)
