RECIPE: Berry & Yoghurt Immune Pops

RECIPE: Berry & Yoghurt Immune Pops

The winter ice block that's secretly good for you

Ice blocks in winter? Hear us out.

When the weather turns cold, ice blocks are usually the last thing on the menu. But these Berry & Yoghurt Immune Pops are here to change your mind, and maybe your whole approach to the cooler months.

We created them with the kids in mind: a fun, sneaky way to get the good stuff in without the usual negotiation. But we'll let you in on a secret, you'll probably be the one hiding them at the back of the freezer.

Why we love them

These pops are everything a winter treat should be, and nothing it shouldn't. No nasties, no sugar crash, just simple, real ingredients and a little something extra to support your family's wellbeing through the season.

The "something extra" is a boost of BePure Immune Daily Defence and BePure Immune Electrolyte Recover, blended straight through the berries. It's immune support, disguised as a treat the whole family will actually ask for. Creamy Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if you prefer) keeps them rich and satisfying, while frozen mixed berries bring that naturally sweet, vibrant swirl.

Because looking after your body should feel this good.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the frozen berries, BePure Immune Daily Defence, BePure Immune Electrolyte Recover, liquid sweetener (if using) and a splash of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gently swirl the berry mixture through the yoghurt, leaving a marbled effect rather than fully combining.
  3. Spoon the mixture into 6 ice block moulds and insert the sticks. Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  4. To serve, run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds before removing the pops. Enjoy!

Go on, make a batch. Just don't blame us when they're gone by next week.
