A simple and delicious summer recipe idea, perfect for on a salad to the beach or as a side dish for those long hot summer nights.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 orange
- Large handful of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients in the blender and whiz together. If you prefer just to combine ingredients and finely chopped parsley in a jar and shake well to combine.
