Can I take the Everyday Balance Pack while pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
Blood Sugar Balance is safe to take while pregnant. However, it is not suitable during breastfeeding, as breast milk is naturally rich in inositol. Magnesium Restore is safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding.
Is the Everyday Balance Pack allergy-friendly?
Yes, Blood Sugar Balance and Magnesium Restore are both free from gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, artificial flavours and nasty additives.
Is the Everyday Balance Pack safe to take with medication?
If you are on any prescription medication, particularly diabetic medication, you will need to check with your health professional to make sure this is a safe option for you. It is not recommended during breastfeeding.
Is the Everyday Balance Pack suitable for vegans?
Yes, Blood Sugar Balance and Magnesium Restore are both free from animal-sourced ingredients.

Yes, you can take the Everyday Balance Pack alongside all other products in our range.
What age is this pack suitable for?
Blood Sugar Balance is suitable for ages 5+. Ages 5-12+: Take one 2g serving (3/4 metric tsp) daily. Ages 13+: Take one 4g serving (1 ½ metric tsp) daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice. Can be taken with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Magnesium Restore is safe for children aged 6-11 at one capsule per day, and anyone over age 12+ can have the full dose of two capsules per day.
