Is the Everyday Health Pack suitable for vegans?
No, BePure One contains Vitamin D sourced from lanolin from sheep's wool and BePure Three contains fish oil.
Is the Everyday Health Pack allergy-friendly?
BePure One is free from gluten, dairy, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and additives. However, it does contain vitamin K derived from soy, and vitamin C derived from corn, so if you are sensitive to these foods, BePure One may not be suitable. BePure Three contains fish and soybean derivatives.
Is Everyday Health Pack safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, BePure One is safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding, however, we also have our Mum's One multivitamin which we specifically recommend for pregnant and breastfeeding women. BePure Three is safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding and is a great way to support both mother and baby's health.

Feels great after having it
It feels great and can feel in my system that it began working. I live in flating situation which does cause not eating very well. These capsules made a big difference already and it's been about a months since I started taking them. They feel quite powerful and I feel like I am more vibrant and skin feels better. The multivitamin is very good. I would highly recommend these capsules.
