What is collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in human skin, making up around 80% of its dry weight. It provides the scaffolding and structure that keeps skin firm and holds things in place - without it, skin would lose its structural integrity entirely.
What type of collagen do you use?
We use PeptiPlus®, a hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptide. Not all collagen supplements are created equal - look for one containing 10 g of hydrolysed collagen peptides per serve, enzymatically processed to a low molecular weight (ideally around 2kDa). This is the form used in most collagen research, and the one most commonly associated with results for hair, skin, nail and tendon health.

Yes, it's free from gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, artificial colours, flavours and additives. It's also keto-friendly, and low in carbs and fat.
