Can I take the Energy Essentials Pack while pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
NMN is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as there is currently insufficient evidence of its safety for these populations. For this reason, we are unable to recommend the full pack during this time. However, Creatine and Magnesium is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We recommend purchasing this separately and consulting with your midwife or maternity specialist beforehand to ensure it is the right products for your unique journey.

Yes! Both Creatine and Magnesium and NMN are both free from animal-sourced ingredients. So they are vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Creatine and Magnesium is suitable for ages 14+. While, NMN is suitable for ages 18+.
Can I take the Energy Essentials Pack with other BePure products?
Yes! NMN and Creatine and Magnesium pair well with most of the BePure range. However, if you're already taking a BePure product that contains magnesium, such as Magnesium Restore, Sleep and Mood, Magnesium Citrate Lax, BePure One, or Mum's One, we recommend being mindful of your total daily magnesium intake, as combining these products means you may be doubling up. Just keep an eye on your overall daily dose to ensure you're not exceeding what your body needs.
