What sort of fish are used in BePure Three?
Only small fish, such as tuna and anchovies, are used to create BePure Three. Using small fish means there's no build-up of heavy metals, which can occur in larger fish higher up the food chain.
Is BePure Three produced using sustainable fishing practices?
Yes, we hold a sustainability certificate from Friends of the Sea, and BePure Three is produced in alignment with their sustainability criteria.
Is BePure Three suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Yes, BePure Three is suitable during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As always, it's best to check with your healthcare professional before using any new supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Is there a fishy aftertaste with BePure Three?
We use high-quality, third-party tested fish oil, so you shouldn't experience the fishy aftertaste associated with a lot of other fish oils. In rare cases, people with upper digestive issues may notice the flavour repeating - if this happens, a few things can help support your stomach acid production: a glass of warm water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar before your meal, supporting your zinc levels (BePure Zinc Restore is a great option), or trying BePure Digest Assist for upper digestive comfort.
Can I take this with other BePure products?
