Deep Sleep is designed to support a calm mind and sleep onset as a relaxant rather than a sedative. So if taken as directed, it should not make you drowsy but rather support your body to relax and unwind into a peaceful sleep when your head hits the pillow.

Yes, Deep Sleep is free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours and additives.
Is Deep Sleep suitable to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, there is no evidence to support the safety of the herbal ingredients in Deep Sleep during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so we do not recommend using Deep Sleep while pregnant or breastfeeding. Yes, BePure Deep Sleep is free from animal-derived ingredients, so this is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
Can I take Deep Sleep with other BePure products?
Yes, BePure Deep Sleep can be taken alongside almost all BePure products. The only exception is BePure Calm Now, as both formulations contain Passionflower. To avoid exceeding the daily recommended amount of this active herb, please do not take these two products together. We also recommend being mindful of your total magnesium intake if you are taking multiple products that contain magnesium. Just keep an eye on your overall daily dose to ensure you aren't getting more than your body needs. If you take multiple products containing magnesium, it's a good idea to space them throughout the day. Spreading out your intake of magnesium can help to keep your digestive system happy.
Can I take this with BePure Magnesium Sleep?
If you're considering combining Magnesium Sleep and Deep Sleep, we'd suggest taking 1 capsule of Magnesium Sleep alongside 2 capsules of Deep Sleep (or vice versa) rather than the full dose of both. This keeps your total magnesium intake at a comfortable level. How much Deep Sleep should I take and when do I take it?
