    How to use it

    Directions: Take 2 x BePure Three capsules, 2 x Magnesium Restore capsules, 3 x Cycle Calm capsules daily. Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.

    We recommend:

  • Breakfast: 2x BePure Three, 3x Cycle Calm
  • Dinner/Evening: 2x Magnesium Restore

    • If this is your first time taking Cycle Calm we recommend starting with 1x capsule per day & increasing slowly to avoid a detox reaction.
    We recommend taking Cycle Calm for 3-6 months at a time.


    Cycle Calm is not recommended for the following:

  • Those under the age of 18
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Those on hormone medication such as oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy.
  • Those with a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family.
