Best trio around!
I came to the BePure website in hopes they had a combo that had these three and sure enough my prayers were answered! It's my second time using the Magnesium and the Cycle Calm and i LOVE THEMMMM. This is the best magnesium I have tried (I have tried a lot) and the Cycle Calm is just incredible, I notice such a difference in myself when I haven't taken them and love how they make me feel. The fish oil is a new one for me so I'm excited to see what changes I see from this. Absolutely love this trio and will definitely be buying again. Thank you Be Pure :-)

So far so good
I've been taking this to help with issues relating to endometriosis and am about a month in. The most noticeable change is that I am feeling more motivated. Lack of motivation has been a huge issue for me for years, something that I recognised as being from hormonal imbalance. If that's the only improvement, that will be good enough for me! It's early days but I have some evidence of improvement in my general health which I hope will continue.

So far so good
Ive been using this for about 2 weeks . My period this time around has been a lot more manageable with much less painful cramping compared to the last 3-4 periods. Unsure if its due to taking the Hormone Essentials pack but its seems a big coincidence if not. I probably need longer use to give a better or more detailed review but so far so good.

Hormone Renew Pack Review
A few years ago I was suffering through many symptoms relating to my menstrual cycle, including heavy, painful periods, cravings, irritability, being completely irrational (my poor husband!) and severe, frequent migraines. Due to the type of migraines I have, I am unable to take the combined pill so my doctor suggested the mini pill. Unfortunately, on the mini pill I still got my period and all of the associated symptoms, so my doctor suggested I take a double dose. My periods stopped, along with the migraines and other premenstrual symptoms BUT my libido plummeted to the point of being non existent, I became depressed, anxious, and put on 30kg within 16 months. I did some research and hormone imbalance came up time and time again. I took the BePure questionnaire and the Hormone Renew Pack featured as recommended for my issues. I decided to give it a go - I had nothing to lose! There are a lot of tablets to take, which was tough for me as I usually struggle just swallowing my small birth control pills, but Im a pro now! After 2 weeks I dropped down to a single dose of the mini pill, and a week later my period arrived. The amazing thing is, that I didnt even know it was coming! No migraine, grumpiness, feeling down, no cramps. I think my mood and energy levels have improved overall, and Im not constantly craving or thinking about food. While I do t think I have felt the full benefits yet, I do believe Im on the right path now.

Hormone balance
Since having my two children I have had awful acne on my chin area, feel really lethargic and tired constantly. I have been looking around for something that marketed itself to these areas. I have now been taking the hormone health pack combo for over a month. My skin has had a remarkable change, this was what I noticed first! My skin tone is a lot more even and my sleep is a lot better, I am feeling a lot more rested come the morning. I feel like not only have I helped myself but I'm also a better mum and partner because I'm more rested and happy. Truely recommend these products, stick to them and the results really do show. I look forward to seeing further changes as time goes on.
First time trying
I find the product good. Definitely think they are helping. I have told other people to give them a try. I like that there is no after taste/reflux that I have had with other tablets and they are very easy to swallow, don't get stuck.

Lifesaver for hormonal acne
I have tried so many products over the years to try and help my hormonal acne with no luck. These supplements are the only thing that has cleared my acne! I had really sore cystic acne around my chin and jawline that was ruining my self confidence. I have now been acne free for over 8 months simply because of the BePure supplements.
