Since these products also contain magnesium, combining them means you will be doubling up.

Magnesium Citrate is suitable for those during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please do not exceed one serving daily. However, we do recommend checking with your healthcare provider or maternity specialist first before adding any new supplement to your routine, and make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Magnesium Citrate Lax is suitable for ages 4+ at the recommended doses. Ages 4-8: Take 1 capsule daily. Ages 9-13: Take 2 capsules daily. For ages 14+ the standard dose is 2 capsules daily. But for an acute dose, take 4 capsules daily.

Everyone's sensitivity to magnesium varies, so it's all about finding what supports you. For ages 14+, we recommend a standard dose of 220mg for gentle support, with an optional acute dose of 440mg for high-need times.
